Amanda Ariza earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and brings a unique blend of behavioral health knowledge, clinical experience, and research expertise to Woodlands Psychotherapy and Brain Training.

As a former Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Personality Disorder Etiology and Taxonomy Across the Lifespan Lab, Amanda gained hands-on experience in participant screening, data collection, and behavioral research. Her background also includes work in medical and dental healthcare settings, where she developed strong skills in patient communication, medical documentation, and maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Amanda is passionate about helping individuals and families better understand their mental health and cognitive functioning. Her attention to detail, compassionate approach, and commitment to evidence-based care make her a valuable part of the Woodlands Psychotherapy and Brain Training team.

Amanda is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively serve and connect with a diverse community of clients and families.
